Presentation Night

It was great to see so many members and their guests at the Captains’ End of Season Presentation and Charity Night.

Well over 100 guests enjoyed fabulous music from Quarterlight, with magnificent food and drink. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the night, and well done to all the winners who were presented with their prizes. Pictured is the Rosebowl being presented to the handicap team.

Our captains Steve & Louise O’Keeffe were delighted with the support and the generosity of the guests, and a total of £1212.50 was also raised for their chosen charity of the year - Trinity Hospice. It was so nice to see so many members enjoying each other's company... here’s to the next one!

Seniors' Charity Day for Prostate Cancer

Well done to Bruce and Jane Laing who recently dedicated the latest Monday Seniors' Competition to raising money for Prostate Cancer.

Over 30 seniors competed for the trophy which was won by Gary Bremner with a superb score of 46 points!

Winter Practice Sessions

We will be running supervised practice sessions on Tuesdays from 6.30pm - 7.30pm, starting from Tuesday 29th October. This is an opportunity for you to create positive and meaningful practice over the winter months.

At just £7.50 per person (not inc. golf balls), the lessons will mainly be conducted on the driving range so the weather will not affect our ability to practice and improve!

A new ball from Titleist

It's not uncommon for brands to launch their products as the greatest thing since sliced bread, however, if you like to play a ball that has an ultra-soft feel and doesn't shirk its responsibilities off the tee or around the green, then the brand new TruFeel could well make a justified claim to that title.
