Captains Charity Day/ Night

Well what a whirlwind couple of days that was…with the Captain's charity golf day on Thursday and the charity entertainment night on Friday I am sure Mr and Mrs Captain have had a good rest over the last few days to recover from a hectic day and a heavy night (Mr Captain...) and hopefully count up the huge amount of money they managed to raise.

Well done to Chris Prewett, Brad Sarjantson, Fred Blyth and Sean Davies for coming out on top on the day; although the true winners were the captain's chosen charity 'Blackpool Young Carers'.

Thank you to everyone who took part on the day, everyone who attended on the night and everyone who donated and helped along the way.

Notice of Competition Change

Saturday 19th July competition change

Due to the cancellation of the Medal competition on Saturday because of the burst sprinkler head on the 3rd green during the competition; we will be changing the competition on Saturday 19th July from a Stableford Team competition to a singles Stableford competition to allow anybody wishing to play in the club championship the week after; time to get their 5 qualifying cards in.

Reciprocal Golf

As many of you will already know their has been some restructuring of the DeVere company over the last few months and with immediate effect we will no longer be able to offer reciprocal golf at some of the 'Venues' properties that were previously available. This includes Staverton Park, The Belfry, Wychwood Park and Wokefield Park.
