Greetings from Herons' Reach,

 

Times a changing!

As a few of you are already aware, there are going to be some changes to the golf team over the next few weeks. Paul Heaton and Craig Read are leaving Herons' Reach for pastures new and I'm sure there will be competent guys or girls coming in to the team in the near future. That coupled with a new Head Professional joining over the next month too means exciting change for the golf club!  

Paul & Craig's last days working here will be Wednesday 5th April, so if you have any questions or queries you need answering then please get in touch and we will do what we can to help you out.    

On a personal note, on behalf of myself and Craig, I would like to thank all of the members for making my 15 years here a joy to work. I have some great memories and  I will miss you all, though I am sure we will bump into each other on a golf course, (or pub if you know me well) around the area. We will both be in the golf club bar from around 1pm on Saturday 1st April and it would be great to see a few of you down to celebrate with a drink or two during the afternoon.


 

Captains Farewell - Saturday 25th March    

There are still a few times left for the Captains Farewell competition and presentation. Food will be included during presentation and it would be great to see you all there to support the outgoing Captains speeches.

New from Galvin Green!

Galvin Green recognised this issue and made it their priority to come up with a solution. C-Knit golf jackets now feature a soft rubberised collar, made with a fabric which has been designed to stay as close to the skin as possible, without feeling unnatural and uncomfortable.
