Woods you believe it?
I for one was extremely happy that Tiger Woods took to the 1st tee, in competitive action for nearly 2 years and even more so showing that he had found a game to go with his appearance! A 65 in the 2nd round of last week's tournament in the Bahamas was testament to that. Let's hope he can keep himself fit and in form for the season, as most of these young players never really got to play with Tiger in his prime and it would be interesting to see how they fare if they were in direct competition with each other going down the stretch!

Mens and Ladies Winter League
After what I think was a record week in Winter competition last weekend, where there were 2 players tied with 47 points and a ridiculous 16 2's from just 26 entries, its safe to say that a few members jumped up the Winter league leader board this week!! Conditions were perfect last Saturday, which reflected in the scoring, where Justin Hatcher's gross 67 only good enough for 4th place!
Jason Evans still leads the way, with another great score of 44 last week, giving him the edge over Justin. The top 4 looks steady for now, but all can change over the coming months. I'm sure you are all vying to topple them to get yourself in the top 4 playoffs.
For the leaderboard please click here.
At the end of week nine in this year's ladies winter league our Lady captain Rita Outram has continued her recent good form and posted another impressive score of 37 points, meaning that she has extended her lead at the top of the leader board to a massive 26 points over 2nd place Anita McAleese who leapfrogged Louise O'Keeffe in to second, Pat Moston has also climbed up the leader board, and its not good news for Louise who drops down to fourth.
Will anybody be able to catch Rita in this form??..... There are still plenty of opportunities to get your scores in, and with the weather as good as it is at the moment there are no excuses!
Top 5 Leaderboard
Rita Outram 185 Points
Anita McAleese 159
Pat Moston 158
Louise O'Keeffe 152
Dana Dickens 149
