Course Works Update

An update on the course works going on out there - we have lightly dressed the greens again with a fertilizer compound that should wash in to the greens with this weeks unsettled weather forecast. This is the final instalment of the works done to the greens and the surrounds, and hopefully in a week or two you should see huge changes to the greens. 

We have also just taken delivery of our fairway fertilizer, which will enhance growth and this will be applied over the next few weeks. As always, we appreciate your patience with any ongoing works.

  

Help For Heroes Qualifier 

Many thanks to the members who took part in the Help for Heroes Charity Stableford on Saturday. We managed to raise £130 and I have submitted our "team score" which was the top 5 scores on the day. The "qualifiers" were - Norman Heywood, Phil Hay, Ray Birnie, Allen Artis and Daryl Prance. I have put the results forward and we will wait to see if the cumulative score was good enough to qualify.

Blue Tee Texas Scramble 

This weekend sees the annual Blue Tee Texas Scramble event. This is one of two events on the calendar where you, as a member, gets the chance to play off the very back tees.
